Payment
The client is liable to pay 50% of the chargeable amount in advance before the commencement of the work. The remaining 50% of the payment must be made when the service is delivered.
If payment is not made when due, Digiphlox has the right to stop the services.
The terms and conditions of our services
Search engine optimization (SEO)
A customer who takes a 3-month package must pay 45 days in advance, and if he is not satisfied with the service, he can cancel the contract after 45 days.
In a 6-month contract, the client must make a 3-month advance payment and a half after three months.
We will not take responsibility for SEO, but our team will do its best to provide the highest quality SEO services as promised.
Website design
The first half of the payment needs to be made in advance, and the rest at delivery. We will do everything through a proper legal process.
Once the website is delivered, a letter will be prepared listing that there is no refund policy available. After the website is provided, clients will have a period of 15 days during which they can request minor changes to their website. If the client requests changes after 15 days, they must pay an extra fee.
We will share all information about that particular website with the website owner once the website is delivered. If any information gets leaked after delivery, we won’t be liable.
Clients must remind us about the website renewal, and payment will be taken at that time.
We will only take responsibility if the client purchases our maintenance pack. All updates that are made to the website, such as pictures or other updates, will fall under the maintenance pack.
There is no refund policy available.
Social media marketing (SMM)
For social media marketing (SMM), there is a 3-month package for which clients must make half payment before 45 days and half the amount after 45 days. There is no monthly plan for SMM. Besides, there is no refund policy once the contract has been signed since it is a lengthy process.
There is no refund policy for the 6-month plan.
Graphic Design and Logo Design
For logo and graphic design, half of the payment must be made in advance, and half at the time of delivery. If you need any changes, we will implement them. But, we will make no changes once the services have been accepted.
Note: We do not offer refunds.
Ads
The first half of the payment will be made in advance when the contract is signed.
To make the campaign live, the client must first clear our fees. Once we make the campaign, it will be launched as soon as possible. Otherwise, we will not be able to make it live, and the client will provide the entire budget.
The ads are available on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Snapchat, and many other social media platforms. We promise to run ads on all these platforms. We cannot promise to run Google ads, but we will strive to do so once Google grants permission to run ads.
Changes
We reserve the right to change or remove any content, products, or services from this website at any time. We can modify the Terms of Use wholly or partially. We may post a prior notice before making changes to our website. If you continue to use our website after we change the terms, we will consider you to have accepted all Terms and Conditions.
Annual Maintenance Cost
We take the responsibility for the below given terms in case you choose our annual maintenance plan (0nly). In case of password leak, website hack and any other damage to the website assets. Also 4 updates will be provided in annual maintenance plan.
